PickleCoach Account Deletion
What will be deleted
- •Your player profile, including display name, nickname, avatar, location, and estimated rating
- •All logged matches, scores, shot ratings, and match videos
- •All practice sessions, drill history, and streak data
- •Your saved practice plans and tournament prep plans
- •Your follows, followers, and notifications
- •Any feedback or bug reports you submitted
- •Your account credentials and sign-in access
⚠️ This action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently lost.
Data we may retain
Some information is kept after deletion where we have a legal or operational obligation to do so:
- •Payment transaction records — retained by our payment processor (Stripe) for up to 7 years for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, in accordance with Stripe's own retention policy. PickleCoach does not store your full card details.
- •Server security logs — anonymized system and security logs are retained for up to 90 days to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security issues. These logs do not contain your name or account ID after deletion.
- •Where required by law — any data we are legally required to retain will be kept only for the minimum period required and then permanently removed.
