Terms of Service

PickleCoach provides practice plans and drills, an AI coach chat, AI analysis of uploaded match video, match and practice logging, skill-rating estimation, progress tracking, goals, achievements, tournament preparation plans, player profiles, and leaderboards. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

Coaching content, ratings, and AI responses are provided for informational and training purposes only. PickleCoach is not a medical, fitness, or professional coaching service, and you are responsible for playing and training safely within your own ability.

• You need an account to use most features. You can sign up with an email address and password or with Google.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You can delete your account at any time as described on our account deletion page.

Core features are free. PickleCoach Premium adds the benefits listed on the Premium page and is offered in two forms:

• 1 Month Premium — $4.99 one-time. A single payment that grants Premium access for 30 days. It does not renew and will never charge you again; access simply ends 30 days after purchase.
• Yearly Premium — $39.99 per year. A subscription that renews automatically every year at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe, and you will see the full price, billing frequency, and renewal terms on Stripe's secure checkout page before any charge.

• You can cancel the Yearly subscription at any time from the Premium page or Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Premium access until then.
• The 1 Month purchase does not renew, so it needs no cancellation; access ends automatically after 30 days.
• No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.

The rating shown in the app is an estimated rating calculated from the matches you log and the relative strength of the players you play. It is not an official DUPR rating and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sanctioned by DUPR or any rating organization.

• Do not use the app for anything unlawful, or to harass, impersonate, or harm other players.
• Do not attempt to access other users' private data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer or copy the app.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, including match video featuring other people without their permission.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

You keep ownership of the matches, practice sessions, notes, and videos you add to PickleCoach. You grant us the permission needed to store and process that content so we can provide the features you use, such as generating a practice plan or analyzing a video you upload. You can delete your records and your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

We aim to keep PickleCoach available and working, but the app is provided "as is" without warranties. Features that depend on third-party services, such as AI coaching, video analysis, payments, and Google sign-in, may be unavailable or change as those services change. We may update or discontinue parts of the app, and we may update these Terms from time to time by revising the "Last updated" date above.

To the extent permitted by law, PickleCoach and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including training decisions made from coaching content, ratings, or AI responses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
